Sargeant earns All-Academic honors

PROVO, Utah - The West Coast Conference announced sophomore Francis Sargeant was named to the 2013 Men's Tennis All-Academic Team.

At the conclusion of each athletic season, the WCC selects an all-academic squad for each WCC-sponsored sport. To be considered, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average, must be at least a sophomore in both academic and athletic standing, while also being a significant contributor to his team. 

Sargeant, a math major, currently maintains a 3.36 overall GPA. Junior Travis Fillmore and sophomore Keaton Cullimore were named as honorable mentions.

John Pearce currently holds a 4.0 GPA but is inelligible as a freshman.
