PROVO, Utah – BYU women’s tennis returns home this weekend for a match against Fresno State on Saturday, Feb. 8, at 11 a.m. MST.

The match will be played on BYU's Indoor Tennis Courts.

This past weekend BYU (3-1) split its road matches beating the University of Idaho Vandals on Friday, and then fought hard in doubles and singles but eventually lost to Washington State.

Doubles team Polina Malykh and Emilee Astle are 4-0 in doubles matches for the season. Malykh is also looking to continue a three-match win streak in singles, where she has a 3-1 record on the year.

BYU is 3-8 in the series with Fresno State. The Bulldogs come to Provo with a 1-3 record. FSU is traveling to Provo after having a week off from match play, following back-to-back losses at home.

In last year's match played in Fresno, the Bulldogs picked up the 4-3 victory.

Live stats and a video stream for Saturday’s home match will be available. A link can be found on BYU’s online schedule. Admission is free.
