PROVO, Utah – The BYU women's tennis 2023 schedule has been released by head coach Holly Hasler. The Cougars will compete in their final season in the West Coast Conference and host Boise State, Utah and Utah State in Provo.
The slate consists of 21 matches, including 12 non-conference matchups and nine within the WCC.
BYU will begin its season hosting Weber State on Jan. 27, and Utah State will visit on Feb. 11. Boise State will head south and face the Cougars in Provo on Mar. 10, and in-state rival Utah will make the trip to Provo on Mar. 11.
All of BYU's matches during the 2023 season will be played either in California, Colorado or Utah. The Cougars will head east of the Wasatch Front and play Colorado in Boulder on Feb. 17 and Colorado State in Fort Collins on Feb. 18. The Majority of BYU's matches in California will be against WCC opponents, as well as Cal Poly, Cal State Fullerton, Fresno State and Harvard, at Cal Poly.
Pac 12 Conference member Washington will play the Cougars in Provo on Apr. 6 and BYU will host Pepperdine on Apr. 15 on senior day. The Cougars will close out their regular season with a road trip to California, facing off against Pacific and St. Mary's on Apr. 21 and 22.
BYU's final WCC Tournament will begin on Apr. 27 and will run through the 29th. The location of the tournament is TBD.
