Bain provided a solid freshman presence on the 2011 team ... On vault, she recorded her season-high 9.800 versus Arizona ... The rookie later posted a season-high 9.825 on balance beam against Auburn ... Bain also demonstrated a commanding presence on floor at Auburn scoring a 9.775 twice and a 9.8 on floor ...She gave the Cougars a team-high 9.750 at NCAA Regionals in Denver.

2012 | Sophomore Year

Bain's first two meets had all the signs of a breakout season as the sophomore led BYU on each of the three events she competed in against N.C. State ... The following week Bain placed in the top two of each of the events she competed in, shattering her previous career-bests with scores of 9.900 on vault, 9.900 on beam and 9.825 on floor ... Unfortunately an injury in the third meet of the year sidelined the sophomore for the remainder of the season.
