Fan Support

Few universities have a fan base as loyal, dedicated and die-hard as BYU. Cougar fans are some of the greatest fans on Earth. Since 1982 BYU has consistently ranked among the top five in attendance in the West and ranked 26th in the nation in 2012 with an average of 61,161 fans per game. With its affiliation with the LDS Church, BYU also has a strong national and international following that supports the Cougars both home and away. Fans across the nation have a greater opportunity to follow the Cougars with BYUtv and with the newly signed eight-year deal with ESPN.
