PROVO, Utah – After an exciting weekend at the NCAA Division I NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Shaquille Walker and Shae Collinsworth were both officially named first-team All-Americans by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Association (USTFCCA).

Walker placed third in the men’s 800m after competing in the most historic and exciting races of the 2016 NCAA Championships. Collinsworth placed third in the women’s 800m with a new personal record. Both athletes have qualified for the 2016 U.S. Olympic Trails in July.

Zachary Blackham, Aaron Fletcher, Chase Horrocks, Connor McMillan and Jesse White all received second-team All-America honors based on their top-16 performances in their respective events. Blackham (high jump) placed 13th, Fletcher (3,000m steeplechase) placed 13th and McMillan (10,000m) placed 16th. Horrocks (1,500m) and White (400m) did not qualify for the finals of their events but placed 11th and 16th because of their times overall.

The men’s 4x400m relay team of Tyrell Yardley, Max Sheible, Mark Carlson and Jesse White all received honorable mention. Rory Linkletter (5,000m) and Jackson Walker (decathlon) received honorable mention as well.
