LEWISBURG, Pa. — BYU men’s and women’s swim and dive programs were recognized as Fall 2023 Scholar All-America Teams as announced by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) on Feb. 5.
The Fall 2023 semester saw BYU women’s swim and dive achieve a team-wide GPA of 3.64, good for third in the Big 12 Conference ahead of Houston, West Virginia, TCU and Texas. BYU men’s swim and dive posted a 3.33 team GPA, tied for second in the Big 12 with West Virginia and behind only Cincinnati.
Both BYU swim and dive programs feature a combined 22 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) All-Academic athletes from a season ago.
The Cougars compete in their final regular season meet versus rival Utah on Feb. 9-10 at the Richards Building Pool.
