Spent the 2015 season on Utah’s roster, playing seven games with four tackles on special teams as a freshman… served an LDS mission to Tulsa, Oklahoma… attended SLCC during the 2016 football season… played high school ball at Alta HS in Sandy, Utah… two-time first-team all-state selection in high school… played as a freshman on Alta’s 2008 5A state championship team along with the region title teams in 2009 and 2011… as a junior he totaled 101 tackles, two sacks, one interception, 14 pass breakups and two forced fumbles… in his senior year, he led Alta with 41 tackles, an interception, nine pass breakups and a fumble recovery… honor roll student… also recruited by Utah.
