- Ten-time letter-winner in cross country, track, swimming, academics and music
- Captain and four-time MVP of the Rocket cross country and track teams
- Earned All-Conference honors five times
- Two-time First Team All-State selection in cross country
- Fox Valley Association Conference champion in 1,600m
- Two-time Regional, and three-time Sectional champion in track
- Three-time All-State selection in track with third place finishes at 2008 State in 1,600m and 3,200m
- 2008 Midwest Senior Spotlight Invitational champion in 3,200m
- School record holder in 3,200m relay, indoor and outdoor 3,200m
