PALO ALTO, California – BYU men’s golf team heads to Palo Alto, California to compete in The Goodwin hosted by Stanford at TPC Harding Park from Thursday, March 28 to Saturday, March 30.
The Cougars will be competing against Appalachian State, Cal, Cal Poly, California Baptist, Clemson, Colorado, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Howard University, Lipscomb, Little Rock, Long Beach State, Nevada, Oregon, Oregon State, Pepperdine, San Diego State, San Fransisco, San Jose State, Santa Clara, Stanford, Tennessee, UC Davis, UCLA, USC, Utah, Utah Tech and Washington State.
This tournament comes just days after BYU took home the team title at the Bridgestone Collegiate Invitational, and freshman Cooper Jones secured his first collegiate win.
Jones will be playing alongside his older brother Zac Jones, Peter Kim, Max Brenchley and Keanu Akina, with Brock Goyen competing as an individual.
TPC Harding Park will be played as a par-70 at 7,193 yards, with one round of 18 holes each day.
The Cougars will begin round one on the 10th hole with tee times beginning at 12:05 PDT on Thursday. Live scoring can be found at GolfStat.com.
