PROVO -- The BYU women's soccer team will open its spring season with competition in the fourth annual BYU Indoor Tournament Saturday.
The team will compete against Dixie State, Weber State and UVSC at the Indoor Tournament at BYU. Over the course of the spring season BYU will also compete against Texas A&M, Boston College, USC, Utah, Idaho State and Utah State. BYU will also face the U-20 National Team and host the annual BYU Alumni Game.
Saturday's Indoor Tournament will feature competition all day at the Indoor Practice Facility. The Cougars will play Dixie State at 2:30 p.m., Weber State at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and UVSC at 9:30 p.m.
At the end of March, the Cougars will travel to College Station, Texas, to play Texas A&M and to face the U-20 National Team. BYU will then go on to compete against Boston College and USC in Temecula, Calif., on March 31.
On April 7, the Cougars will play two games at South Stadium. BYU will face Utah at 1 p.m. and then go on to play past Cougars in the BYU alumni game at 3:30 p.m.
The spring season will conclude April 14 with the fifth annual BYU Spring Tournament. The tournament will feature Idaho State and Utah State with times to be determined.
