BYU men’s golfer Kihei Akina sits tied for fourth at 1-under par to lead the Cougars at Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club.
The junior is the only player from the Big 12 named to the first team.
The Cougars will meet up with Utah Valley, Weber State and Utah State this week.
