STOCKTON, Calif. – BYU men's golf carded a 10-under as a team to sit in second place after one round at the WCC Championship at The Reserve at Spanos Park on Thursday.

The Cougars trailed San Francisco by four strokes at the completion of the first round. The Dons' Toby Briggs had the round's best score at six-under.

Peter Kuest tied for the second-best individual round with a five-under on the day. He bagged a round-best seven birdies.
