STOCKTON, Calif. – BYU women's tennis defeated Pacific 6-1 on Friday afternoon. With the win, the Cougars improved to 11-8 on the season, 5-3 in conference play and 5-4 on the road.

Wheatley, at No. 6, got the victory over Carmichael for her fifth singles win of the season (5-5).
Dunyon, at No. 4, defeated Sam for her 12 singles victory of the year (12-3).
Astle, at No. 2, defeated LaMette in two sets, improving to 6-6 on the year in singles.
Huang, at No. 1, defeated Kosan in two sets and clinched the overall match victory for BYU.
Moore, at No. 5, was victorious against Zamora, improving her singles record to 11-4 on the season.
Li, at No. 3, was defeated by Cydesdale-Eberle for just her sixth singles loss of the year (13-6).
The Cougars return to action tomorrow, Saturday, April 22, for their final match of the regular season at Saint Mary's. First serve is set for 10:00 a.m. PDT.
