PROVO, Utah — BYU women’s soccer welcomes transfer sophomore Mattyn Summers to the 2024 squad.
The Saratoga Springs, Utah native played one year at Saint Louis before serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Mexico, Puebla North mission.
During her 2021 season with the Billikens, Summers played in 21 games and started four. She tallied three goals, two assists and 23 shots during her freshman season.
Named the A-10 Championship Most Outstanding Player after scoring the game-winning goal at Dayton in the A-10 Championship semifinals, Summers played an integral role as a defender and forward at SLU.
