PROVO, Utah — BYU softball posted a 4-1 record at the prestigious Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic last week, leading the tournament in nine statiscal categories as it outscored opponents 55 to 18 en route to three run-rule wins.
As a team, the Cougars (12-3, 0-0 Big 12) finished No. 1 for the tournament in batting average, slugging percentage, on-base percentage, runs scored, hits, RBI, total bases, walks and sacrifice bunts.

Individually, Ailana Agbayani and Lily Owens led the tournament with 10 runs apiece.
