Draper's 10.13 is an all-conditions personal best for him in the event; however, his wind reading of 4.0 meters per second is above the legal limit to count towards the BYU top-10 record board. He placed seventh in the trials and earned a lane in tomorrow afternoon's final at 2:14 p.m.

School record-holder, Jaslyn Gardner clocked 11.23 in the 100m for an eighth place finish in the prelims. Like Draper, Gardner's 3.0 m/s wind reading was above the legal limit for the BYU record board.

Both the men and women's 4x100m relay teams placed ninth in the prelims to qualify for tomorrow's final. The men ran 40.15 and the women 45.21, respectively.

"The whole group really showed up today," said sprints and hurdles coach Kyle Grossarth. "Dallin and Jaslyn ran some outstanding wind-aided times while advancing to the finals. Then to get both the women and men in the final of the 4x100m relay is a first for us at the Texas Relays."

Other notable performances from day three of the Texas Relays includes Abram Schaap's 10.34 in the 100m, Riley Hunt's 14.09 in the 110m hurdles, Dolita Shaw's 11.93 in the 100m, Logan Hubler's 14.59 in the 110m hurdles and Annalise Hart's 1:00.82 in the 400m hurdles to place eighth in the final.

"We are looking forward to more great stuff tomorrow as both 4x400m relay teams are in the invite sections. Hopefully we can get those teams qualified for regionals," said Grossarth.
