BYU finishes spring football practices for 2024

BYU finished spring football practices with its 15th and final practice session on Saturday morning at the indoor practice facility.

PROVO, Utah — BYU finished spring football practices with its 15th and final practice session on Saturday morning at the indoor practice facility. 

The Cougars spent the month of March on the gridiron, getting their first preparations in for the 2024 season. BYU played its inaugural year in the Big 12 in 2023 and look to hit the ground running for the 2024 campaign. 

"I’m really happy with the team, the camaraderie and the connection they have with each other, head coach Kalani Sitake said. "If they can go into offseason conditioning now like they did in January and February, then I feel really good about where we’ll be in August."

Sitake, defensive coordinator Jay Hill and offensive coordinator Aaron Roderick all spoke with members of the media following practice to wrap up spring ball. Watch their full interviews below.
