PROVO, Utah — BYU men's tennis will compete in the NCAA Doubles Championships this week when Adam Chodur and Otto Schreiner take the court at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida.

The NCAA Division I Doubles Championships serve as the final event of the season for individual competitors. The bracket uses a single-elimination format, and doubles matches are played in a single set, with teams required to win by at least two games.

BYU’s first matchup will be on November 19 in the round of 32, where the Cougars will take on North Carolina’s Ian Mayew and Kase Schinnerer at 1:30 p.m. MT. The winner will move into the round of 16, where they face the winner of Purdue vs. South Carolina on Thursday.

This marks the second year in a row that the Cougars will be represented at the NCAA Championships. Last season, Wally Thayne and Zach Fuchs fell in the first round.

Tournament Schedule: Nov. 20 (Round of 16), Nov. 21 (Quarterfinals), Nov. 22 (Semifinals), Nov. 23 (Championship).
