PROVO, Utah – The BYU distance squad competes in Boulder, Colorado at the Last Chance Indoor Invitational on Friday Feb. 20.
The Cougars are expected to compete in the DMR with newly crowned Big 12 co-athlete of the week and fastest NCAA true freshman to ever run the indoor 3000-meter Tayvon Kitchen leading the way. Joining him will be fellow school record holder Carter Cutting as well as All-American Jonah Heimuli and the No. 9 fastest BYU 800-meter athlete Brayden Packard.
Jake Orr and Jacob Robison will also represent the middle distance group in the open 800m with Caleb Johnson making an appearance in the mile.
