Meet the Foes
On the men’s side, two Big 12 programs rank within the CSCAA’s Top 25 — Arizona at No. 17 and Arizona State at No. 2. On the women’s side, both Arizona and Arizona State rank in the Top 25 as well, with the Wildcats sitting at No. 23 and the Sun Devils at No. 17.
Both the men’s and women’s Arizona State programs took home the conference title at last year’s championship and look to repeat that success this year.
Seven men’s programs and 10 women’s programs will compete in this year’s conference championship.
BYU
BYU is coming off its most recent competition at home, where it hosted rival Utah. The BYU men’s swim and dive team fell short against the Utes, while the women’s program defeated Utah for the first time since 2012.
Swimmers Max Kleinman, Tanner Nelson, Tatum Cooley and Lucy Warnick look to lead the Cougars this postseason and continue their dominance in the pool for BYU.
