FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – BYU’s Martí Llop competed in the final round of platform at the NCAA Zone E Championship on Tuesday.

The sophomore earned 15th place in the event, marking the only Cougar to compete in finals on day two of the meet.

Men’s Recap
Alongside Llop, freshman Ashton Sparks competed in the platform event, scoring a 243.95 and earning 27th in prelims. Llop took 18th in prelims, scoring 297.00.

In finals, Llop improved his score, totaling 322.90 and securing his 15th-place performance in the event.

Women’s Recap
Freshman Brooklyn Goeckeritz competed in the 3-meter event Tuesday, earning 42nd off a 216.45 in prelims.
