PROVO, Utah — BYU football finished up its second week of fall camp with a scrimmage at LaVell Edwards Stadium on Saturday morning.

The Cougars went full pads and some live tackling during their two-hour scrimmage session. For some players, it was their first opportunity to get a game-like feel in the stadium.

BYU went ones versus ones for several series, and continued with twos and threes seeing a lot of action to see what depth the Cougars have for the 2026 season.

Coaches and players will review film and get back to work on Monday to begin the third week of fall camp, looking forward to the season opener on September 5 against Utah Tech.

Single-game tickets are on sale now.

Following the scrimmage, head coach Kalani Sitake, quarterback Bear Bachmeier, center Bruce Mitchell and linebacker Cade Uluave spoke to members of the media. Watch those interviews below.
