IRVING, Texas — BYU women’s soccer freshman Anna Neff was named the Big 12 Freshman of the Week, the league announced Wednesday.
The Cougars hosted UCF and TCU at South Field this weekend, earning back-to-back Big 12 wins. Neff recorded one shot in each match, playing 27 and 29 minutes, respectively, as a second-half starter in both contests. She assisted on both Cougar goals in BYU’s 2-0 win over TCU, recording the first two assists of her career.
The Cougars face Kansas State in the final of three-straight home matches on Friday, Oct. 2, at 7 p.m. MT.
