- In 2023-24, BYU finished fifth in its first season in the Big 12 after being picked 13th in the preseason poll
- Cougars defeated a program record four ranked teams including a win over No. 7 Kansas at Allen Fieldhouse
- Led the Big 12 and ranked 26th in the nation in rebounds per game, also ranked second in the league in rebound margin
- Helped five players get NBA call-ups: Cameron McGriff, Xavier Sneed, PJ Dozier, Justin Bibbs and Kobi Simmons
- Oversaw the development of Arnoldas Kulboka and his 50/40/90 season
