- Evaluates tutoring programs to optimize efficacy and address the individual learning needs of students.

Personal
- A little bit of everywhere, but claims Virginia as home!
- Married with two boys (soon to be three boys)!
- Loves to travel and spend time with friends and family.
- Enjoys baking and trying new recipes.
- Favorite shows tend to be comedies, and currently loves Ghosts, Elsbeth, and Abbott Elementary (since I used to teach).
