Career Highlights
Steed was a member of the BYU women's basketball team from 2006-2013. She suffered ACL injuries three straight seasons which permitted her to stay on the team through one graduate year. Steed holds BYU's all-time assists record with 813 and is first in games played with 143. She also ranks third all-time in steals with 294 and third in 3-pointers made with 262. With a total of 1,290 points scored in her career, she places 16th on BYU's prestigious 1,000-Point Club. Steed finished her career ranked 2nd nationally in assists per game and 3rd in assists turnover ratio. She was named MVP of the 2012 WCC Championships after defeating conference champion Gonzaga. Her final two years she was named to the All-West Coast Conference Team and was WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention her last year.
In high school, Steed was a four-year starter and letterwinner. She spent three years as a team captain and was selected four times as First Team All-Region, All-Area and All-State. She is Clearfield High School's all-time leader in scoring, steals and three-point shooting.
