Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives for the Men’s Basketball team to increase ticket sales, boost game attendance, and enhance fan engagement with student-athletes.
- Lead coordination of game presentation for all home Men’s Basketball games, managing sponsored promotions, player introductions, music, lighting, and overall atmosphere to elevate the fan experience.
- Supervise and mentor the team of Marketing Assistants, providing guidance and delegating tasks to ensure effective execution of marketing operations at all sports.
- Design, distribute, and analyze fan experience surveys; translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement in game-day satisfaction and engagement.
