Responsibilities
- Oversee the ordering, distribution, and organization of equipment and performance apparel for Men’s Olympic Sports.
- Manage inventory levels, track equipment usage, and coordinate replenishment to ensure teams have the gear they need.
- Coordinate game uniform preparation, including cleaning, packing, distribution, and tracking.
- Train and supervise student employees, assigning daily responsibilities and supporting their development.
- Work with coaches to identify and provide appropriate performance gear for each athlete.
- Support the day-to-day equipment needs of teams and athletes throughout the season.
