Responsibilities
- Randall Hild serves as Associate Athletic Director for Development at BYU, where he leads donor engagement and helps grow the Cougar Club. He works closely with donors, coaches, and campus partners to strengthen philanthropic support for student-athlete scholarships and create meaningful experiences for BYU supporters. Randall oversees major donor relationships, premium seating, and hospitality for football and basketball, including game-day hosting areas that serve thousands of Cougar Club members. He also supports fundraising initiatives, donor benefits, and ticketing strategy. Through his work across athletics, he helps connect donors with the people and programs they support while advancing BYU Athletics’ reach and impact.
