Responsibilities

Directs the Strength & Conditioning programs for Softball, Men's/Women's Track & Field (Sprints & Jumps), and Men's/Women's Dive. Assists in coordinating the internship program and facility maintenance.

  • Designs and implements annual training plans to reduce injury and increase overall performance
  • Previous experience working with Football, XC / Track & Field (Distance), Swim, Golf, and club teams: Men's Soccer, Men's Rugby

Prior to BYU

Prior to becoming a Strength & Conditioning Coach at BYU, Zach was a BYU student-athlete participating in Track & Field. As a Shot-Put and Discus athlete, Zach obtained USTFCCCA Honorable Mention All-American status in the 2017 Outdoor Season. Additionally, Zach was a Strength & Conditioning intern during the 2016-2017 school year.
