BYU football announces 2014 high school coaches clinic

PROVO, Utah — BYU football will conduct its annual coaches clinic for high school football coaches and others interested in learning more about coaching football on Friday, March 21.

The clinic will feature workshops with high school coaches from around the country and breakout sessions with the BYU coaching staff. Attendees will also attend BYU football practice.

This year's keynote speaker will be Josh Niblett, head coach at Hoover High School in Alabama. Niblett has guided Hoover High School to 30 straight wins and back-to-back Alabama 6A State Championships while being named the USA High School Football Public School National Champion in 2013.

Other speakers will include Steve Pyne, Central Catholic HS (Calif.); Randall Okimoto, Farmington HS (Hawai'i); Kraig Broach, Heritage HS (Calif.); Tony Baccarini, Fossil Ridge HS (Texas); Josh Niblett, Hoover HS (Ala.); Nathan Larned, Kinkaid School (Texas); Beto Mejia, Mendota HS (Calif.); and Justin Garza, Central HS (Calif.).

The registration fee for the clinic is $40 per coach. The fee also includes lunch and dinner.
