MOSCOW, Idaho — The BYU women's tennis team defeated Eastern Washington and Idaho on the road this weekend, with a 7-0 sweep against the Eagles and 4-3 win over the Vandals.
"It's never easy playing on the road back to back weekends, and we're grateful to come out of this one with two wins," said head coach Holly Hasler. "The energy and effort today was huge. I was proud of these ladies for bouncing back after such a tough loss yesterday."
Eastern Washington

BYU began their 7-0 sweep with two doubles wins from Levelston and Tullis and Smith and Heni to secure the doubles point.

Levelston and Heni each only lost two total games to their opponents, and Tullis followed close behind with three. The Cougars' shutout marks their second sweep of the season.

Kovick and Bluestein took the first doubles match 6-1, followed by a close 7-5 match from Levelston and Tullis to take the doubles point.

The two teams evenly split the singles points, with Levelston, Kovick and Bluestein clinching points for BYU. With their doubles win, the Cougars took the match 4-3, bringing their season record to 4-3.
