- Transfer from West Virginia
- Posted a 24-37 recording during her first collegiate season; making her way into the No. 1 singles position
- Primarily played in the No. 2 doubles position
- During her first fall slate, Kovick tallied a 10-6 overall record, with a 5-2 doubles record
- One of five Mountaineers to have a 20+ win season
