BYU Fan Fest events attracted large crowds in St. George and Idaho Falls this spring as BYU Athletics continued its annual tradition of bringing coaches and athletes to interact with Cougar fans in their communities.
The past two weekends, football head coach Kalani Sitake and members of the BYU football team were joined by women's basketball players, cheerleaders, Cougarettes and Cosmo in traveling to meet with Cougar Nation for Fan Fest events organized by BYU Athletics.
During these events in Idaho and Southern Utah, Cougar fans of all ages attended by the thousands and had the opportunity to get autographed posters and interact and take photos with student-athletes, coaches and Cosmo. Inflatable slides, bounce houses, lawn games, face painting and a live DJ were also part of the experience, as well as the chance to indulge in some favorite BYU concession items like CougarTails and Creamery ice cream, purchase Cougar merchandise from the BYU Store or learn more about the Cougar Club and a variety of other university programs, including BYU Continuing Education and the BYU Alumni Association.
The St. George Fan Fest took place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Sandtown Park (600 N Bluff St). The evening event from 6-8 p.m. was the highest ever attended in St. George over the years. In addition to the fan fest, BYU Athletics also conducted a special religious devotional on Sunday, April 27, at 7 p.m. to a capacity congregation in St. George.
