PROVO, Utah – BYU women’s golf revealed its 2025-26 schedule on Friday as they prepare for their third season in the Big 12 Conference.
“We are super excited for the season to get going,” said head coach Carrie Roberts. “The girls have worked really hard on different scoring elements, and we hope that we can compete by scoring better than we have. Excited about the schedule we have set up that pairs us against some great competition.”
There are three seniors returning to the Cougars for the 2025-26 season: Berlin Long, Sunbin Seo and Lily McCauley. Junior Maria Barragan, the 2025 USF Invitational champion, comes back alongside juniors Whitney Banz and Lilly DeNunzio. Ava Schroeder, 123rd PNGA Women’s Amateur medalist, and Kanyanol (Naji) Aramkul are the returning sophomores. Incoming freshmen Aadyn Long and Nya Palmer are the two newcomers joining the squad.
“We have a tough schedule coming up, but I’m excited,” said assistant coach Alex White. “The girls posted some strong scores in their individual events this summer, and they’re willing to put the work in. Building on last year’s trip to regionals, they have a clearer idea of what to expect and how to prepare, which I believe will help us compete well in every event.”
