PROVO, Utah — BYU football finished its last practice of spring on Thursday night at the Indoor Practice Facility. 

The Cougars went through 15 practices in spring as preparations got underway for the 2026 season. 

Several new faces joined the squad in January and utilized the spring for their first taste of Cougar football. 

BYU will host the annual Alumni Game at LaVell Edwards Stadium tomorrow at 6 p.m. MT. 

Following Thursday's practice, head coach Kalani Sitake, defensive coordinator Kelly Poppinga and offensive coordinator Aaron Roderick spoke to members of the media to put a wrap on spring football for 2026.
