Prepped at Jessieville High School in 2017 after previously attending Har-Ber High School in Springdale, Arkansas where he earned all-state, all-conference and 7A West Conference Defensive Player of the Year honors
Averaged more than 10 tackles per game as a senior while amassing 101 tackles, 35 tackles for loss and seven sacks along with 14 quarterback hurries, five forced fumbles and two blocked field goals
Also scored 10 touchdowns on the ground and one through the air on offense while averaging 5.8 yards per carry for 491 rushing yards
