- Enjoys hanging out with friends, soccer, wakeboarding and going to the beach
- Plans on majoring in statistics
Before BYU
- Competed in soccer, track and cross country at Centennial High School
- Three years varsity letter in soccer, three years in cross country and four in track
- Four time CA state qualifier in track and cross contry, was a finalist in ninth place
- Was named All-Area Track Athlete of the Year by the Bakersfield Californian Newspaper, awarded The Tyack Award, Kern County California's most outstanding senior all around athlete in 2008, most scholastic athlete
- Was MVP for four years in track
- First team all-area for five years
- Holds six HS Track and Field records
- Best times are 56.67 in the 400m and 2.10.8 in the 800m
