- Four-year track MVP
- Three-year state champion in the 400m, 800m and 3,200m relay
- Two-year state champion in the 1,600m relay
- Set state records in the 3,200m relay, 1,600m relay and 800m
- Four-time All-State selections in cross country
- 2006 indoor All-American in the 800M by taking third at the Nike Indoor Nationals with a time of 2:11.47
