• Lettered in cross country for three years and track for four years at Timpview HS in Provo, Utah
• Also was a member of the swimming and cheerleading teams
• Was captain of the track team her senior year, MVP junior year and senior year
• Placed third in the two mile at state with a time of 11:21 and fifth in the mile with a 5:13
• Also captain of the cross country team senior year, MVP junior and senior year
• Owns the school record in the 3200m with a time of 11:20
• Member of the Footlocker West region team
• Was a student body secretary and member of the National Honor Society, graduating with honors
• Academic All-State in swim and cheer
