- Coached and developed TE Jonnu Smith at FIU in 2016 to be a 3rd round draft pick of the Tennessee Titans.
- Was the Interim Running Backs Coach at Texas for the 2012 Alamo Bowl.
- Worked with and helped develop the QB’s at Texas during the 2011 and 2012 seasons in which Texas won the Holiday Bowl (2011) and the Alamo Bowl (2012).

He is currently the Director of Football Operations for the New York Franchise of the XFL.
