Sean McNaughton - Baseball - Jr. - Lakewood, Wash.

Sean McNaughton has a current 5-game hitting streak carrying over one game from last season. He ignited the five-run sixth inning with a double in BYU's win over Manhattan. He tripled to tie the score at 3-all in the sixth in game two against Manhattan. His two-run homer In the sixth gave BYU a 13-11 lead in game one vs. OSU. He homered in the sixth of game 2 vs. OSU to bring BYU back to a 5-2 score. Executed a sac bunt to set up BYU's first run in game two vs. OSU.

Andrew Stewart - Men's Volleyball - Jr. - Sandy, Utah

With 11 and 12 kills against UC San Diego on Friday and Saturday,

respectively, Andrew Stewart has recorded double-digit kills in 11

consecutive matches dating back to Jan. 10. The junior team captain

led his team to back-to-back sweeps on the weekend, the first time BYU

has done so this season.

Stewart started weekend play with seven kills and a .600 hitting

percentage in Friday’s first set. His kills in set-point situations

secured second-set victories for the Cougars on both Friday and

Saturday night. On the weekend he recorded a .395 attack percentage.

McCall Jones - Women's Tennis - Fr. - Orange County, Calif.

Freshman McCall Jones earned the Cougars lone point in a 6-1 loss to No. 5 Notre Dame. Jones, who is unranked, upset the No. 45 player in the country in straight sets. She and partner Megan Price also gave a great effort against the No. 4 doubles team but came up short.

Georgy Batrakov - Men's Tennis - Fr. - Yaroslavl, Russia

In a three-match week, Georgy Batrakov had a perfect 6-0 combined record in singles and doubles. He and partner A.J. Young helped BYU win the doubles point in all three matches. The freshman had commanding victories in the first two matches and a key win in an upset over No. 48 Denver. Batrakov’s three-set win, amid cramps and fatigue, gave the Cougars the opportunity to stay alive after losses on courts one through three and eventually win the match. With the combined singles and doubles wins from this week, Batrakov earned his 10th consecutive victory. The freshman has one of the best singles records on the team at 7-2.

Jessica Purcell - Softball - So. - LaPuenta, Calif.

Purcell led the Cougars batting .444 in the Cathedral City Classic in Palm Springs, Calif. The sophomore slugger was 4-for-9 with a home run and 4 RBI. In BYU's extra innings loss to Texas Purcell hit a 2-RBI sacrifice fly to tie the game at 2-2.
