BYU men's swim and dive has qualified 155 all-time NCAA Championships entries dating back to 1968. The 1998 Cougars competed a school-record 10 combined swim and dive entries at the national title meet in Auburn, Alabama. BYU is coming off a school-record eight swimming entries in 2024.
