Why did I choose to play football over other sports: I love the physical aspects of the game and the brotherhood that is formed from overcoming daily obstacles like impossible workouts and going into battle together. I love the unconditional trust and love you feel from your teammates while we are on the gridiron.

Before a football game, I: Listen to my ipod.

How did I spend my off-season: When I'm not with the team, I spend a lot of time with my brother. We train biking, rock climbing, going to the gym, and he is teaching me how to paraglide.

Who is the best player I've ever faced: Besides THE BRIAN KEHL? I don't know if anyone else even compares.

The dirtiest team I've ever played is: Air Force

What would I like to do sometime in my life: Go on a safari in Africa or run with the bulls.

One place I would like to visit: Portugal...I would like to visit where my mom grew up.

If I could play another position, what would it be: Safety

Who has had the greatest influence on my football career and why: My father.....no matter what he always encouraged me and supported me no matter how I played or what happened in games.

What do I want to be doing 20 years from now: Raising my family and be partners with my brother.

How did I select my jersey number: Ask Mick Hill (equipment manager) he picked it for me.

What is my favorite hobby or activity way from football: Playin' guitar or taking care of my pets.

People say I look like: Brad Pitt......I really don't see it though.

My favorite professor or most interesting class I've taken at BYU: Professor Bott.....he shows his passion for the scriptures and the gospel in the way he teaches.

What is my most memorable athletic achievement or moment: Scoring a touchdown at New Mexico two years ago as a walk-on sophomore.

If I had to give up all of my possessions except one, what would be the one thing I kept and why: My toothbrush......I hate when my teeth feel fuzzy.

My advice to youngsters: Don't let anyone tell you there is something you can't do. Follow your heart and don't let anything stop you.

If I were hosting you on a recruiting visit to Provo, the most impressive thing I'd have to show you is: the canyon.

One rule I'd change in college football is: If you fall on your own you should be able to get up and keep running.
