After graduating one of the most successful senior classes in program history, the Cougars have recruited a class that includes multiple Top 100 PrepVolleyball.com Senior Aces and six-rotation players.

Grimmer, No. 22 in the Senior Aces, is a six-rotation lefty with a knack for scoring on the right side. She is fun to watch and is full of energy every play. Grimmer has improved from year to year and does a great job of making her teammates better. What separates her from others is her competitive drive and will to win.

Anderson, who joins Grimmer on the Senior Ace list at No. 89, is a versatile player who has played every position across the net. She is a great jumper with high contact and loves to work the court attacking both corners. Anderson’s length and eye work will help her become a great blocker at the next level. She has a drive to be great; it has helped her get better each year both physically and mentally.

Morgan Bower, a two-time PrepVolleyball All-American and AVCA 2nd team All America, is a fiery, competitive defender who isn’t afraid to get on the floor. She loves volleyball, competing, and BYU. She’s following in the footsteps of her parents, who are BYU student-athlete alumni. Bower enrolled early and is already making an impact on the team.

Dayton comes to BYU after numerous awards including league MVP and All-State First Team. She is a six-rotation outside hitter with a sound knowledge of the game. She loves to score and sees the court well. Dayton plays with a passion that’s contagious and she’ll have a positive impact in BYU’s gym.

Johnson brings a scorer’s knack to Provo. With a strong arm and ability to see the block, her strength is putting points on the board is a scorer.  She comes from a competitive family as both her parents are BYU student-athlete alumni.

Wee is a great defender and passer who will help improve the Cougar back row. She prepped at ‘Iolani High School where she played competitive volleyball and won the Hawaii state championship last year.

Whitney Bower is reclassifying to be part of this class. In December, Bower was named one of the Top 50 Junior Recruits in the 2020 class. She is a skilled setter with championship pedigree who may contend immediately for the open setter position.

BYU also welcomes defender Callie Whitney from Salt Lake Community College, where she had a very successful career as a libero. She has a passion for defense and it shows when chasing down balls.
