PROVO, Utah — BYU track and field will see Cougars compete in California at the Bryan Clay, Pacific Coast and Beach Invitationals this weekend, with competition beginning Thursday.
Bryan Clay Invitational
Thursday, April 11 - Saturday, April 13
Azusa Pacific University / Azusa, California
"I think this should be a good meet for us," said assistant men's distance coach Ryan Waite. "The guys did a good job at the Stanford Invitational with focusing on winning their heats. That's again the focus for us with the Bryan Clay Invitational. When you go to a meet of this caliber, you just need to focus on being competitive and try to win the heat that you're in. The times will come."
Pacific Coast Invitational
Thursday, April 11
California State University Long Beach / Long Beach, California
"After last weekend’s partially canceled meet, my group is excited to have the opportunity to compete," said jumps/multis coach Tiffany Hogan. "We have the opportunity to showcase how well our training is going so I am expecting some big marks out of the jumpers and combined event group."
Beach Invitational
Friday, April 12 - Saturday, April 13
California State University Long Beach / Long Beach, California
