LOUISVILLE, Ky. — 11 BYU student-athletes were named Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes, the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) announced on Tuesday.
Abbey Gillespie, Ailana Agbayani, Aleia Agbayani, Chloe Temples, Gianna Mares, Keila Kamoku, Lauren Flanders, Macy Simmons, Taryn Lennon, Tristen Turlington and Violet Zavodnik all received the academic honor.
To be eligible for nomination, student-athletes must achieve a 3.5 or better cumulative GPA for the 2023-24 academic year only. View the full NFCA press release at the organization's website.
