Cougar distance crew competes at Bryan Clay Invitational

BYU men’s track and field distance group travels to Azusa, California to compete at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 16-17.

PROVO, Utah – BYU men’s track and field distance group travels to Azusa, California to compete at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 16-17.

Isaac Hedengren is expected to spearhead competition for the Cougars in the 3000-meter steeplechase alongside Max Davis and Jackson Henstrom Thursday night.

Davin and Creed Thompson are then set to make an appearance in the 10,000-meter joined by Noah Jenkins, Hunter Kitchen, Dalton Mortensen and Jacob Stanford.

Friday, the 800-meter will feature Brayden Packard, Jacob Robsion, Isaac Teeples and Caleb Johnson.

Tayvon Kitchen and Carter Cutting are expected to close out competition for the men in the 5000-meter alongside Luke Grundvig, Land Lambert, Jefferson McMullin and Jacob Stanford.
