The Marriott Center

The Marriott Center is one of the greatest venues in all of college basketball. With a capacity of 17,958, it is one of the largest college basketball arenas in the country. It is known for having loud and energetic fans led by the ROC. Sitting on the west side of the arena, the ROC has a reputation of being raucous, rowdy, and relentless. Always full and always loud, the ROC is who brings the energy to the Marriott Center and are the backbone of what makes it an amazing place to play basketball.

FAQ'S

Scanning the ROC pass on your phone's wallet will not get you into the basketball game; you must specifically claim a ticket for each game. (Look at our ticket claim page for info on how to claim a ticket, what kind of ticket you will receive, and when ticket claims open for each game.) However, the tickets themselves will be free because of your ROC pass.

No. You can only claim a ticket with a regular ROC Pass.

No! ROC passes and tickets are non-transferable. If it is discovered that you have attempted to sell your ROC Pass or ROC ticket, your pass will be taken without refund.

You will get an email each week from BYU ticketing with instructions on when and where you can line up on the day of the game. Camping out is not permitted.

Wear white to Men's Basketball! There will be certain occasions where we will wear other colors but for the most part we will wear white. If it changes we will email about the change and post about it on socail media.

The ROC Section resides on the west side of the arena behind the west hoop. It stretches from the front row all the way to the back benches.

Offensive Chants: Follow the cheerleaders in chanting and encouraging cheers for our team. Get really loud when we score.

BYU Free Throw: When BYU is shooting a free throw, raise your hands above your head. As soon as the Ref passes the ball to the shooter, clap your hands and hold up your Y. If the player makes the free throw, shout "Woosh Shane" and point toward President Reese.

Y Clap: During the second-half media timeout, Cosmo will come onto the court with a drum. When he hits the drum twice, raise your hands above your head and clap. Keep clapping in Rhythm as he continues drumming. Speed up until you are clapping at full speed.
